You may request closure of your 25phwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
If you wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period.
